December in Houston books out early. BlackLuxe Ride runs chauffeured full-size SUVs for company parties, client dinners and the visitors who arrive for year-end meetings — the same chauffeurs and vehicles that handle our airport work, on the evenings when nobody in the group should be driving.

Each SUV seats up to six. For a larger group we run more than one vehicle, subject to what we can cover on the night. Tell us your date and your numbers and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

What we cover. Company parties, with pickups from homes or the office, the drop at the venue and the return at the end. Client dinners and entertaining through December. Visiting executives and board members in town for year-end. Moving guests between a hotel and the venue. Airport runs for staff flying in for December meetings.

What we do not do. We do not operate vans, minibuses or coaches. If you need one vehicle for more than six people, we are not the right company — and we will tell you when you ask rather than after you have booked.

How the evening works. Evening bookings are hourly and as-directed, with a four-hour minimum. The vehicle and the chauffeur stay with you for the whole block: coats and bags stay in the car, the pickup time moves if the party runs long, and nobody is rebooking anything at eleven at night. Where we are running more than one vehicle, they work to the same schedule.

Billing. We can invoice your company directly. If you would rather pay by card, bookings go through our online system and the confirmation comes by email. Either way the price is agreed before the night, so a long evening does not turn into an argument about the bill.

Where we go. Houston and the surrounding area — Downtown, the Galleria and Uptown, River Oaks, Memorial, the Heights and Montrose, plus The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland and Clear Lake.

Questions we get about December bookings

Can you cover a group larger than six?
Yes, by running more than one SUV. Each vehicle seats up to six. Tell us your date and the number of passengers and we will confirm what we can cover before you commit.

Do you run vans or coaches?
No. We operate full-size SUVs only. If you need a single vehicle for more than six passengers, we are not the right company for that booking.

Can the ride be invoiced to our company?
Yes. We can invoice your company directly. Card payment through our online booking system is also available.

Is there a minimum booking time for an evening?
Yes, four hours. Evening work is hourly and as-directed, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the block rather than leaving between stops.

Does the chauffeur wait during the party?
Yes. That is what hourly service means — the car stays, your coats and bags stay in it, and the pickup time can move if the evening runs long.

How far ahead should we book a December party?
The first three weeks of November for December dates. The last two weeks of December fill first, and Fridays and Saturdays go before weeknights.

Can one vehicle collect from several addresses?
Yes. Hourly bookings can include multiple pickups and drop-offs. Give us the addresses and the order you want them in.

Do you cover the suburbs?
Yes — The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, Clear Lake and across the metro.
