Most of our Medical Center passengers are not from Houston. They have flown in for treatment, often with family, often for a course of appointments spread over days or weeks. The drive is the part of the day they have the least energy for, and it is the part we take off their hands.
A driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board, handles the luggage, and takes you directly to the entrance you actually need rather than to a general address on Holcombe Boulevard. If your flight is delayed we track it and adjust. There is no surge pricing, no app, and no explaining your destination to a driver who does not know the campus.
We drop at the entrance you need, not the address. The Texas Medical Center is the largest medical complex in the world, and MD Anderson alone spans several buildings with separate entrances. Being dropped at the wrong one can mean a long walk or an internal shuttle ride at the worst possible moment. Our drivers know the campus.
MD Anderson's Main Building has two separate patient entrances, the Aquarium Entrance and the Pavilion Entrance, and which one you need depends on your appointment. The Mays Clinic in the Duncan Building is a different building altogether with its own drive, and patients frequently arrive at the Main Building by mistake and lose half an hour getting across. Rotary House International, the patient hotel connected to MD Anderson, is a common first stop straight from the airport and a common daily start point for the rest of a treatment week. Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, Texas Children's and Baylor St. Luke's each have their own patient drop-off, separate from the main lobby and the visitor garage.
Tell us the building when you book and that is where we go. If you only know the doctor or the department, tell us that instead and we will work it out before the day.
How long the drive actually takes. These are our own running times to the Texas Medical Center, measured without traffic. Houston rush hour, roughly 7 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 7 in the afternoon, adds significantly to every one of them, which is why we plan backwards from your appointment rather than forwards from your pickup.
IAH to the Medical Center: 40 to 45 minutes

Treatment weeks, not single trips. Most Medical Center travel is not one ride. It is an arrival, a week or a month of appointments, and a departure, often repeated every few weeks. We schedule the whole block at once, with the same driver wherever possible, because after the second day nobody wants to re-explain where they are going or how they are feeling. Standing daily pickups from your hotel, and a single point of contact rather than a new booking every morning.
If you are arranging travel for a family member from another city or another country, you can book the entire schedule with us and we will confirm each leg directly with them.

We are not a medical transport provider: we do not carry stretchers, we do not provide medical care or monitoring in the vehicle, and we are not an ambulance or a non-emergency medical transport service. What we provide is a professional driver, a clean full-size SUV, help with the luggage, and a door-to-door trip for a passenger who can travel seated in a standard vehicle. If a passenger needs clinical support during transport, your care team can direct you to a licensed medical transport provider, and we would rather tell you that plainly now than at the curb.
Questions we get from Medical Center passengers
Do you meet patients inside the airport terminal? Yes. Your driver meets you inside baggage claim with a name board and helps with the luggage. We track your flight, so a delay changes our timing, not your booking.
Can you take us to a specific MD Anderson building? Yes. Tell us the building or the clinic when you book, whether that is the Main Building Aquarium entrance, the Main Building Pavilion entrance, the Mays Clinic or Rotary House, and that is where we drop. If you are not sure which one, tell us the doctor or department and we will confirm it before your appointment.
Can we book a driver for a whole week of appointments? Yes, and most of our Medical Center passengers do. We schedule the full block in advance with standing daily pickups, and we keep the same driver wherever scheduling allows.
Is this medical transport? No. We are a private chauffeur service, not a licensed medical transport provider. We carry passengers who can travel seated in a standard vehicle. We do not provide medical care, monitoring or stretcher transport.
How far in advance do we need to book? Three hours is our minimum, and we do accept same-day bookings. For a treatment schedule, booking the whole block ahead means we can hold the same driver and the same times each morning.
